Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and planning-oriented professional, passionate about education, to work on the academic front—supporting students and ensuring organization within the virtual learning environment. The professional will be responsible for: * Guiding the student orientation process, introducing the methodology and course structure; * Monitoring students’ academic performance based on learning pathways; * Ensuring organization of the virtual classroom environment; * Managing, recording, and forwarding academic activities; * Tracking course progress, completion of activities, and student attendance; * Mastering the applied methodology, attending classes, and staying updated on teaching materials; * Supporting new student recruitment initiatives; * Contributing to strategies for student retention and persistence; * Acting as a liaison among students, faculty, and coordination, ensuring clear communication and alignment of information. Here’s what we expect from you: * Prior experience in tutoring at the higher education level; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience analyzing and monitoring educational indicators (attendance, retention, dropout rates, and academic performance); * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies or specialization will be considered an advantage; * Previous experience in public-facing roles; * Ability to share knowledge, provide guidance, and mediate conflicts in a balanced manner; * Organized, analytical profile with strong academic process management skills. **Employment Model: Independent Contractor (PJ)** **Compensation: R$ 2,000–R$ 3,000 monthly, depending on experience.** **Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP** Interested?
