Job Summary:
Conduct occupational audiometric tests, prepare technical reports, and participate in health promotion activities with a focus on hearing conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct occupational audiometric tests and prepare technical reports
2. Implement the Hearing Conservation Program (HCP)
3. Provide occupational voice health guidance to workers
* Perform occupational audiometric tests (pure-tone, speech, and supplementary) in accordance with NR-7 and PCMSO
* Prepare technical reports and documentation for occupational health and safety programs (PCMSO, PGR, and LTCAT)
* Implement the Hearing Conservation Program (HCP), including worker training and guidance
* Support the Occupational Safety team in noise exposure analysis
* Provide occupational voice health guidance to workers (voice professionals)
* Participate in health promotion initiatives at client companies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active registration with CREFONO
* Knowledge of occupational audiometric testing
* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
* Organizational skills and attention to technical detail
* Preferred: Experience with HCP, industrial companies, or occupational medicine
Compensation: R$1.922,03 - R$3.500,00 per month
