Job Summary: Professional responsible for the care and follow-up of children and adolescents, with a focus on holistic development and specialized interventions. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of a welcoming and respectful environment The professional will provide care and follow-up for children and adolescents, integrating ethical, formative, and human principles into interdisciplinary practice, with emphasis on holistic development. The professional will be responsible for planning and implementing interventions targeting: * **Orofacial Motor Skills**: development of breathing, chewing, swallowing, and speech functions, promoting functional adequacy and quality of life; * **Language**: stimulation and development of oral and/or alternative language, covering comprehension, expression, and functional communication; * **CAPD (Central Auditory Processing Disorder)**: application of strategies that enhance perception, discrimination, and interpretation of auditory stimuli. The professional must: * Develop individualized intervention plans; * Implement structured and playful activities; * Document progress and prepare technical reports; * Provide guidance to families and the interdisciplinary team; * Adapt strategies according to specific needs (ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, among others); * Promote a welcoming, respectful environment aligned with institutional values.
