Key Responsibilities** 1\. Follow corporate procedures of the department by conducting inspections of employees and departments, locker rooms, and cargo and process audits to ensure accuracy of the customer's inventory. 2\. Visually verify proper use of uniforms and identification badges within company premises to ensure access is granted only to authorized personnel. 3\. Inspect the building and products through foot patrols to ensure physical integrity of the facility and of customer products. 4\. Investigate internally reported incidents by analyzing Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and systematically identifying procedural errors in loading and unloading operations. 5\. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), following occupational safety guidelines to ensure personal physical safety. 6\. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace, removing waste generated during handling and keeping the work area organized to support corporate quality programs. 7\. Follow quality procedures, participate in training sessions, and apply learnings daily to ensure service level commitments to customers. 8\. Deliver physical security-related training sessions during corporate onboarding programs for new employees to ensure awareness of local and internal rules.
