We are seeking a Media/Controller Intern to directly support operational billing activities, issuance of media documents, and payment control—directly contributing to the performance and growth of our clients’ and Brivia’s results. People ready to embrace a culture of autonomy, responsibility, and real impact. **WE ARE NOMADS—OUR POSITIONS ARE OPEN ANYWHERE!** Regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnicity, belief, or disability: if you’ve made it this far, perhaps this journey is yours too. **Responsibilities:** * Operational Focus: Tactical support for daily media billing and production tasks. * Document Management: Preparation and issuance of media placement authorizations (APs and PIs), and creation of Purchase Orders (POs). * Campaign Control: Consolidation of media buys with communication channels and monitoring of campaign delivery for major accounts. * Financial Management: Support in supplier payment tracking and data collection for post-sale reporting. * Quality Assurance: Extreme accuracy in data entry and verification within spreadsheets, minimizing errors and rework. **Qualifications:** **Academic Background:** * Students from the 1st year onward in Advertising and Public Relations, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or Journalism. **Technical Requirements:** * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (for data verification and entry). * Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. * Proactive profile, focused on operational and bureaucratic processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of or interest in media billing and advertising agency operations. * Quick logical reasoning to understand operational process flows. **Explorers enjoy:** * Flexible working hours—you’re responsible for organizing your own schedule; * Agile culture—every explorer applies agile methodologies daily; Home Office Allowance; * TotalPass; * StarBem Platform; * Life Insurance; * Free Psychological Well-being Support; * * Brivia Academy—training programs for professional development.
