**Job Description:** We are seeking a talented and agile professional with a T-shaped profile to work as a Data Visualization and Transformation Support Engineer, specializing in Tableau and Power BI, within our dynamic data and analytics organization. This multifunctional professional will support the migration of dashboards from Tableau to Power BI Service. Deep expertise in Power BI Service infrastructure is essential, and at least basic knowledge of Tableau Server is required. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Agile Collaboration:** * Work collaboratively in a T-shaped team, where each member contributes deep expertise in their primary specialization while supporting others in additional areas to maximize overall support across all tools. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives—to ensure transparent and efficient workflow. **2\. Data Analysis and Visualization:** * Support and maintain Tableau and Power BI platforms serving business intelligence needs. * Assist in migrating from a Tableau Server infrastructure to a Power BI Service infrastructure. **3\. Automation:** * Develop platform solutions to proactively automate repetitive tasks, creating efficiencies and reducing manual intervention. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align analytics and visualization solutions with business requirements. **4\.
