We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct investigations arising from reports received via the Ethics Hotline. * Perform due diligence assessments of third parties, including partnerships and M&A activities. * Review and update policies and procedures of the Integrity Program. * Issue opinions regarding courtesies, gifts, and conflict-of-interest management. * Suggest and support improvements to processes and controls within the Integrity Program. * Participate in developing ethics and compliance-related materials and training programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or related fields. * Proven experience in Compliance and Integrity Programs. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency, with ability to review international documents. * Experience conducting internal investigations and risk analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Experience with due diligence platforms, report writing, and KPIs. **Additional Information** * Knowledge of Power BI. * Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP-I, LEC, etc.). * Practical experience conducting third-party due diligence. * Collaborative environment focused on integrity. * Opportunity for strategic involvement in a robust compliance program. * Participation in internal and external training programs. * Potential for professional growth and development.
