Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Quality Assistant to ensure quality standards and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Job Mission: Ensure that the company's products and processes meet established quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement and maintenance of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections in the production area and sampling evaluations of products to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Inspect incoming raw materials and components. * Control and record the cleaning schedule for production machines. * Weekly verification of pre-use checklists for machines and equipment. * Monitor and update records of **Non-Conformities (NC)** and assist in root cause investigation. * Assist in the development and revision of **SOPs and quality forms**. * Deliver **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** training to new employees. * Organize and update physical and digital quality documents. * Prepare monthly reports related to production machine maintenance. * Monitor GMP inspections and processes related to material recycling. Requirements: * Completed degree in **Engineering, Administration, Quality, or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in quality**. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Intermediate **Excel** and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with **PDCA and 5W2H**. * Preferred: experience with **continuous improvement or Lean**. Working Hours: Monday from 07:15 to 17:15; Tuesday to Friday from 07:15 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break.
