Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to drive large-scale agile transformation, supporting tribes and leadership in evolving maturity and delivering results in complex environments. Strong hands-on experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and OKRs in practice **What We’re Looking For:** ------------------- A **Senior Agile Coach**, with solid experience in **large-scale agile transformation**, going beyond the role of Scrum Master or Product Owner. This professional will be responsible for supporting **tribes and leadership** in evolving maturity, sustaining the agile model, and generating results in complex corporate environments. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Minimum of **4\+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach**, with practical experience in **scaling agility**. * Experience in **agile transformation within large enterprises**, involving multiple tribes and squads. * Practical experience in: + **Tribal ramp-up** + Sustaining the agile model + Evolving organizational maturity * Direct engagement with **senior leadership**, CPOs, Tribe Leads, and executives. * Experience in **highly complex organizational environments**, with cross-dependencies and cultural change. * Demonstrated real-world cases in: + Implementing **OKRs** + Improving **metrics and KPIs** + **Removing organizational impediments** + **Leadership coaching** + Adapting approach based on tribal maturity * Desirable industry experience in sectors such as **banking, insurance, payment systems, technology, operations, channels, or infrastructure**. * For technical tribes, experience in **infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, operations, SRE, ITSM, or engineering** is desirable. **Hard Skills:** ---------------- * **SAFe in practice**, with real-world experience scaling agility (not just certification). * Strong hands-on experience with **Scrum, Kanban, flow management, dependency management, and cross-team facilitation**. * Experience with **OKRs, metrics, dashboards, and analysis of operational KPIs**. * Proficiency with tools such as **JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow**. * Ability to support: + Ceremonies and rituals + Backlog and flow management + Clear definition of roles + Continuous improvement + Maturity evolution * **Coaching and mentoring** applied daily. **Relevant Certifications (Desirable):** * SAFe * CSM * KMP * LPM * Project, Program, or Portfolio Management * OKR and Management 3\.0 **Soft Skills / Behavioral Profile:** ---------------------------------------- We seek a candidate who: * Demonstrates **strong situational awareness and maturity**, knowing when to educate, accelerate, or adjust the approach. * Possesses strong **influence without authority**, effectively engaging leaders and teams. * Has **executive-level communication skills**, capable of leading difficult conversations. * Shows **analytical capability**, with critical thinking regarding metrics and KPIs. * Exhibits **tact and adaptability**, operating effectively in resistant environments with deeply rooted cultures. * Holds a **systemic and cross-functional perspective**, extending beyond squad-level scope. * Is **pragmatic and hands-on**, avoiding excessive methodological rhetoric. * Demonstrates **resilience, firmness, and adaptability**.
