Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Continuously monitor and inspect production areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations, guiding employees at their workstations; * Develop and deliver onboarding training, Fire Brigade training, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage training, CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) training, and Internal Cargo Handling Vehicle operation training; * Conduct onboarding training for third-party service providers, completing the Preliminary Risk Analysis and monitoring work activities when necessary; * Organize and oversee the implementation of SIPAT — Internal Week for Accident and Harassment Prevention — including developing schedules and activity plans, contracting speakers, and taking necessary measures to promote awareness and effective employee participation; * Carry out administrative and technical procedures for establishing CIPA — Internal Accident Prevention Committee; * Issue CAT — Work Accident Communication — for submission to Occupational Medicine and Human Resources. Analyze work accidents by investigating root causes, reasons, or intent, and prepare incident reports covering physical injury, material damage, commuting accidents, work-related accidents — with or without leave of absence; * Register and monitor risk conditions in each area, assigning responsibility and deadlines for resolving outstanding safety issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Relevant experience in the role, preferably in industrial settings; * Knowledge of the SOC (e-social) system; * Experience implementing occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45.001); * Desired: Civil Firefighter course (NR-23) and Motorized Equipment Instructor course (NR-11); * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, **we care for life wherever it is**.
