Job Summary: Provide pre-sales technical support for Information Security solutions, assisting in the development of architectures and technical proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations of security solutions Key Responsibilities Provide pre\-sales technical support for Information Security solutions, with a focus on Trend Micro technologies (TrendIA); Gather technical and business requirements to support security solution design with partners and customers; Assist in developing architectures and technical proposals; Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations (demos) of security solutions; Support Proof of Concept (POC) execution, overseeing activities from setup through customer validation; Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities; Support partners in adopting and maximizing the use of offered solutions. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields; Prior experience in pre\-sales or technical support for Information Security; Knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and virtualization; Experience with or familiarity with Trend Micro solutions (TrendIA); Intermediate English (reading and participation in technical meetings). Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of other security solutions; Familiarity with AI-based tools applied to security.
