




Job Summary: This role involves administrative and operational support for HR department routines, including time tracking, payroll processing, documentation handling, and labor-related procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll and time tracking support 2. HR documentation and process management 3. Participation in homologations and termination procedures 1\. Assist with time tracking procedures; 2\. Assist with entering information into the payroll system; 3\. Issue and send documents requested by the analyst to clients; 4\. Act as the company's legal representative during homologations at labor unions; 5\. Register employees in the system and issue admission reports; 6\. Assist in updating employee registration cards; 7\. Receive and verify employee documentation; 8\. Sort required documentation to support labor claim proceedings; 9\. Receive, verify, and record medical certificates; 10\. Organize and maintain the HR department’s files, ensuring traceability; 11\. Attend labor unions for client homologations; 12\. Issue and send termination reports; 13\. Issue unemployment insurance forms via the Empregador Web portal and send them to the client; 14\. Process new hires; 15\. Support the analyst in payroll, vacation, and termination processes; 16\. Support the analyst in submitting accessory obligations; 17\. Monitor the Conecta system and emails, execute assigned tasks, or escalate to the analyst when execution falls under their responsibility.
