In this role, you will be responsible for: * Developing robust automations using Python. * Creating automated workflows with Power Automate (cloud and desktop). * Building low\-code applications with Power Apps. * Mapping processes and identifying automation opportunities. * Implementing RPA solutions with a focus on scalability and maintainability. * Performing testing, debugging, and optimization of bots and workflows. * Documenting processes and creating technical manuals. * Providing support and maintenance for existing automations. * Collaborating with business units to understand requirements and propose solutions. * Monitoring KPIs and tracking automation performance.; **Qualifications** * Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as: (Selenium (web automation), PyAutoGUI (GUI automation), Pandas (data processing and manipulation)) * Data handling: working with Excel, CSV, JSON files, APIs, and databases * Version control: Git/GitHub for source code versioning * Programming logic: structured reasoning for problem solving * Knowledge of Dataverse and SharePoint for integration with Power Platform * Familiarity with SQL and database integration * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Familiarity with orchestration and task scheduling tools **Additional Information** **Work Information:** * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: 40 hours per week; * Work model: Hybrid – São Caetano do Sul/SP **What We Offer:** * Fixed salary; * Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Flexible meal/food allowance, TotalPass, and partnerships with educational institutions This position is open to applications from people with disabilities or individuals rehabilitated by INSS.
