It’s at this intersection of purpose, expertise, and impact that we build both the present and the future. #### **Your Challenges to Grow on the Journey** * Manage and maintain the CyberArk platform, including components such as PAS (Privileged Access Security), CPM (Central Policy Manager), PSM (Privileged Session Manager), and SIA (Secure Identity \& Access). * Administer privileged accounts, performing onboarding/offboarding, password rotation, access policy definition, and session monitoring. * Perform integrations with corporate systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases, and others. * Investigate security incidents related to privileged account usage, using CyberArk logs and correlating them with information security tools. * Automate CyberArk credential management processes or scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.). * Perform upgrades, patches, and scheduled maintenance on the CyberArk environment, ensuring high availability and solution security. * Serve as a technical reference in security projects, proposing architectural improvements and CyberArk solution expansion. * Conduct internal training and capacity-building sessions, while supporting the support and operations teams. * Document operational procedures, incidents, and changes in the CyberArk environment. * Monitor trends and updates to the solution, keeping the environment compliant with vendor best practices. **What You Need to Become an Agilizado?** --------------------------------------------------- **Requirements** * Proficiency with the CyberArk platform, including the following components: * PAM Core (PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA and SIA) * CyberArk Identity / SIA Suite (SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Directory Services) * Integration with directory systems such as: * Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP * Experience with operating systems: * Windows Server and Linux * Knowledge of Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and Access Hardening principles * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. **Desirable Certifications** CyberArk: * CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) – Highly desirable * CyberArk Defender, Sentry or Guardian – Strongly recommended #### **Benefits and Facilities** * Health and well-being: health insurance, dental plan, free telepsychology and telemedicine, Totalpass, meal and food vouchers, life insurance/bereavement assistance. * Maternity and paternity: childcare allowance, 6-month maternity leave, 20-day paternity leave, meal/food vouchers during leave. * Private pension plan * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), following annual established rules. * Commuter allowance * Round-trip shuttle service to Campinas and surrounding areas (within a 50 km radius).
