Job Summary: The Cyber Defense professional will be responsible for the continuous evolution of cybersecurity, operating in solution administration, regulatory compliance, and data protection. Development of security automations and continuous improvements **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The **Cyber Defense** area is responsible for driving the continuous evolution of cybersecurity, covering both infrastructure and software aspects. The team comprises professionals with diverse expertise, administering solutions such as antivirus, firewall, intrusion prevention systems, proxy, among others, and developing corporate security-focused components. It is also responsible for regulatory compliance management (BACEN 4.893, PCI DSS, PIN Security), security training and awareness, development and review of policies and standards, identity management, and access control to corporate systems. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and evolve mission-critical multi-cloud security environments (AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud). * Ensure 24x7 support, high availability, disaster recovery (DR), backup/restore, and system hardening. * Perform advanced cloud troubleshooting (networking, identity, performance, and incidents). * Operate and administer cybersecurity and data protection solutions. * Monitor, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities across networks, servers, and applications. * Configure and administer database auditing and protection solutions (IBM Guardium and Oracle Audit Vault). * Triage and handle security alerts, tickets, and incidents. * Develop automations and integrations for security solutions. * Produce technical documentation and audit evidence. * Propose continuous improvements to the security environment. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience in Cybersecurity or related areas; * Experience operating in mission-critical environments with 24x7 operations; * Experience in multi-cloud security environments; * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 security; * Experience with database protection and auditing solutions; * Knowledge of DLP, log analysis, and security reporting; * Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27000, NIST, and/or CIS Controls frameworks; * Strong oral and written communication skills. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in classification and protection of sensitive data; * Experience with hybrid cloud architectures; * Automation and scripting applied to security; * Knowledge of LGPD, PCI DSS, and regulatory requirements; * Experience working with SOC/SIEM and incident response. **Benefits:** Childcare/Babysitter Allowance, Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarship Program, Christmas Basket, Year-End Day Off, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave, Annual Profit Sharing, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Multi-Sponsored Private Pension Plan, Soft and Hard Skills Development Program, Internal Mobility Program – Internal Opportunity Matching, Well-Being Program, Life Insurance, Sicoob Corporate University, Meal Allowance, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher (optional), Wellhub
