The individual may be required to operate heavy machinery to perform tasks. This position performs other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store incoming products. * Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete documentation. * Receive orders and pick products from appropriate locations. * Verify accuracy of picked orders. * Assemble and package products safely. * Arrange shipment pickups, contact carriers, and coordinate scheduling. * Handle products and perform tasks per customer procedures and governmental and compliance regulations. * Palletize cartons, wrap, and load skids onto trailers. * Create shipping labels and other documentation for packages to maintain accurate shipment data in the warehouse management system. * Safely operate various power equipment. * Respond promptly to customer/consumer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate service problems to supervisors. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma, equivalency (e.g., GED), or international equivalent * Warehouse experience — preferred * Availability to work flexible shifts, up to five days per week **Employment Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
