* Sales experience * Completed high school education * Availability for a 6x1 rotating shift MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Customer service: Provide support via WhatsApp, telephone, email, and in person, clarifying doubts, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience; ▪ Sales and budget management: Monitor orders, issue quotations, and prepare commercial proposals according to company policies; ▪ Event organization and scheduling: Register and schedule events (birthdays, corporate gatherings, etc.), coordinate service providers, and support event execution; ▪ Administrative support: Maintain inventory control, organize documents, prepare reports, and assist the manager with departmental tasks; ▪ Operational activities: Cover the cashier as needed and assist in safety inspections of toys and equipment, submitting technical requests when necessary; Compensation: Starting from R$1.800,00 per month Work location: On-site
