We seek an attentive, responsible, and committed professional who contributes to the safety, organization, and well-being of residents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers; * Monitor common areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations; * Record incidents and movements whenever necessary; * Act preventively to maintain the integrity and security of the condominium. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work on a **5x1 shift schedule, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM**. **Benefits:** * **Permanent CLT employment contract**; * **Meal allowance of R$ 26.00 per working day**; * **Food allowance (basic food basket) of R$ 197.00**; * **Transportation allowance (round trip)**; * All **rights guaranteed by law**.
