Yard Assistant (Loading and Unloading)

**Yard Assistant** Location: Guarulhos/SP. **Responsibilities:** Assist in dispatching and receiving equipment sent for rental; Perform loading and unloading of equipment using a crane truck (Munck truck), following proper health and safety procedures and conditions; Clean equipment by removing excess soil using manual tools such as shovels, levers, manhole covers, sledgehammers, spades, and hand carts to collect debris; Assist in cutting and welding tasks; Perform yard cleaning and maintenance, ensuring appropriate levels of hygiene and organization; Prepare paints using masks and gloves; apply paint to armored components using required tools; Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to ensure workplace safety, prevent accidents, and comply with occupational health and safety regulations; Maintain hygiene and organization in the workplace by cleaning machines, equipment, and tools used, adhering to safety, health, and environmental procedures; Comply with company policies and institutional norms, as well as established standards and procedures, safeguarding company assets. **Required Qualifications:** Completed elementary education; Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in loading and unloading. **Salary:** R$1\.706,34 CLT **Benefits:** Meal card (R$33.00 per day); Transportation card; Performance bonus ranging from 0% to 15% of base salary, depending on employee results/goal achievement; Hapvida health plan (company covers 90% of monthly premium); Gympass (gym partnership); My Day (one additional day off during birthday month). **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
