Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing unarmed property security surveillance, controlling access, conducting patrols, preventing risks, and recording incidents, strictly adhering to security procedures and regulations. Prevent and deter illegal activities or risky situations Responsibilities: * Perform unarmed property security surveillance services according to the assigned post; * Control and monitor the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials; * Conduct periodic patrols within internal premises; * Prevent and deter illegal activities or risky situations; * Observe and report irregularities, recording incidents in logbooks or systems; * Strictly comply with established procedures; * Act in accordance with required security standards, professional conduct, and demeanor. Mandatory Requirements (Per Collective Bargaining Agreement and Legislation): * Completed elementary education; * Valid and up-to-date recognized Security Guard Training Course; * Valid National Security Guard Card (CNV); * Availability to work on a 2-on/2-off shift schedule, including daytime and/or nighttime shifts. Compensation: * Salary in accordance with the current minimum wage stipulated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement; * Applicable statutory allowances (night shift, hazard pay, overtime); * Profit-sharing program (PPR) per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
