**OPEN: MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** We are seeking a dedicated, proactive professional eager to grow and join our team as a **Maintenance Assistant**! **Work location:** Limeira\-SP **Employment type:** CLT \- Permanent **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\. Key Responsibilities: * Perform low-complexity preventive and corrective building maintenance (painting, lamp replacement, minor repairs, device installation, etc.); * Support more complex maintenance services by accompanying and assisting contractors and third parties; * Perform simple mechanical and electrical maintenance on machines and equipment (part replacement, lubrication, testing, adjustments, etc.); * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, and ensure proper tool storage and upkeep; * Follow safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE); * Assist with decorating company commemorative events, as directed. Requirements: * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); * Basic knowledge of building, electrical, and mechanical maintenance; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn; * Prior experience is an advantage.
