To succeed in this role, you must possess a holistic business view—understanding how governance actions impact not only operations but also financial outcomes and the end-user experience. This position is part of the Transactions Governance team and serves as a key connector between operations and financial efficiency. As an experienced team member, you will have high autonomy to lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, coordinating solutions with various stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Finance) to unblock dependencies and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will play a critical role in promoting an agile culture and mentoring other team members. Role Responsibilities: * Solving Complex Problems: Anticipate process gaps and propose structural changes to governance rules to prevent recurrence—focusing on definitive solutions rather than merely addressing symptoms; * Project Leadership: Act as owner of complex, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance, ensuring technical execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives; * High-Impact Storytelling: Master the art of transforming data into compelling business narratives for senior stakeholders, influencing decisions that impact the ecosystem; * Risk Balancing: Resolve crises by applying logic and product vision to balance financial risk against optimal user experience; * Operational Excellence and Mentoring: Elevate the team’s technical bar by creating new playbooks or improving existing processes, guiding the development of less-experienced members; * Business Impact: Generate measurable results in platform financial health and trust, ensuring governance goals are prioritized and achieved. Role Qualifications: * Experience: Proven, solid experience in Business Analytics, with mastery of essential knowledge required to perform tasks with high independence. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields, with a track record demonstrating technical growth and business acumen. * Soft Skills: High autonomy, ability to influence, critical thinking, and skill in articulating solutions with stakeholders across diverse areas. * Hard Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency; deep problem-solving capability to conduct diagnostics and propose structural changes; technical and business-oriented Product/Business vision to drive financial efficiency. * Language: Advanced English (mandatory) for presentations, negotiations, and ongoing interaction with international teams.
