Opportunity to work as an Infrastructure Analyst focused on Intune Requirements: * Experience in IT infrastructure support and administration. * Experience with Microsoft Defender for monitoring, protection, and incident response. * Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management, policies, and compliance. * Experience with Active Directory for user, group, permission, and GPO management. * Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft enterprise environments. * Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and connectivity. * Experience in endpoint administration and workstation support. * Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and security incidents. * Knowledge of access management and information security. * Good communication, organization, and sense of priority. * Collaborative profile, working with internal teams and end users. * ITIL experience, asset inventory, and technical documentation are desirable.
