### **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor real-time vehicle movement, ensuring route compliance * Inform and guide field teams regarding operational adjustments * Control vehicle schedules, departure and return times * Maintain constant communication with drivers for real-time support * Prepare daily operation reports and record incidents * Support logistical planning and route optimization * Maintain updated maintenance records and vehicle documentation * Ensure compliance with safety and traffic regulations * Control operational equipment (radios, GPS, etc.) ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, or operations * Experience in fleet monitoring or operational activities (preferred) * Proficiency with tracking systems and basic Microsoft Office suite * Familiarity with shift scheduling and route planning * Flexible availability for working hours ### **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication skills and clarity in conveying information * Organized and detail-oriented * Proactive in problem solving * Ability to work under pressure * Responsible with a strong sense of urgency * Team player * Logical reasoning and quick decision-making ability ### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
