Job Summary: Professional responsible for comprehensive tire management of a diverse fleet, including inventory control, maintenance, retreading, and purchase requests, ensuring vehicle operational readiness. Position for individuals seeking to perform physically demanding tasks and fleet control **Job Description:** ---------------------- Record daily activities performed during the shift. Update tire replacements and their corresponding axles in the system to keep the entire fleet up to date. Perform tire replacements on trucks, sugarcane trucks, tractors, cars, and all other fleet vehicles according to current demand and needs. Manage tire inventory and retreading operations, maintaining sufficient stock to address unforeseen events. Submit tire purchase requests based on current demand and needs. Conduct preventive inspections of all fleet tires (off-season period). Perform tire retreading and ensure all retreaded tire inventory remains current. Calibrate tires on all equipment as required by demand. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Practical experience or apprenticeship as an assistant. Availability to perform physically demanding tasks. Proficiency in using tire shop tools (jack, air compressor, tire changer).
