Equipment configuration and testing Provides on-site support for installation and maintenance of telecommunications services, assisting with cable routing, customer activation, equipment configuration, and testing. Works under supervision to ensure proper service operation and customer satisfaction. * Assist in internet service installation, including drop cable routing, optical fiber laying and securing; * Route and secure drop cables (optical fiber); * Support customer activation and organization at the CTO; * Assist with fiber splicing and accommodation as needed; * Configure routers, ONT/ONU devices, and test connectivity; * Verify signal levels and perform speed tests; * Identify and resolve installation faults; * Organize internal cabling within residential premises; * Guide customers on basic router usage; * Record service orders and information in the system; * Comply with safety regulations and safeguard equipment; * Perform other related tasks as directed.
