Description
Prepare and assemble sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties.
Clean and cut fish, seafood, and vegetables, ensuring ingredient quality and freshness.
Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and equipment sanitation in compliance with food safety and health surveillance regulations.
Monitor inventory and minimize food waste.
Check product expiration dates and storage conditions.
Collaborate with other chefs and cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Proven experience as a Sushiman, preferably in Japanese restaurants (or equivalent experience in the field).
Extensive knowledge of various fish types, Japanese culinary cutting techniques, and preparation methods.
Manual dexterity and attention to detail for dish presentation.
Commitment to food hygiene and safety.
Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Salary: R$1\.638,39 \- R$3\.369,32 per month
