It provides human resources solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Conduct periodic inspections in production areas, machines, equipment, and facilities. Develop, review, and monitor compliance with internal occupational safety procedures and standards. Control, distribute, and record PPEs, ensuring proper usage and related training. Conduct onboarding for new employees and mandatory training (NRs). Monitor safety indicators. Investigate accidents and incidents, issuing reports and proposing corrective and preventive actions. Support internal and external audits. Participate in and support CIPA meetings, assist in organizing SIPAT and thematic campaigns. Maintain and update internal occupational health and safety management systems and records. Manage legal documentation (PPRA/PGR, LTCAT, ASOs, FISPQ, Work Permits). Monitor fire prevention activities and maintenance of firefighting systems. Promote awareness campaigns and SSMA training. Previous experience as Occupational Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Analyst, Occupational Safety Coordinator, or Occupational Safety Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
