**Description**: Responsible for monitoring and controlling, via the supervisory system, the supply, pelletizing, drying, coating, and dispatch processes of the Unit, ensuring operational efficiency and production process quality. Identify deviations, support operational decision-making, and comply with operational and safety standards. **Requirements**: Completed or currently pursuing a high school or technical education; Industrial operations experience is a plus; Knowledge of industrial processes and supervisory system operation; Basic understanding of industrial automation and process control; Fundamental knowledge of quality control and traceability. **Responsibilities**: Continuously monitor production equipment and processes via the supervisory system; Oversee supply, pelletizing, drying, coating, and dispatch operations; Record failures, alarms, operational stoppages, and incidents in systems and control documents; Support field operators and leadership in operational decision-making; Ensure accurate completion of worksheets, reports, and operational records; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency; Comply with and uphold operational procedures and safety regulations.
