**Operational Supervisor for Infrastructure and Telecommunications (PJ)** G2B Telecom is seeking an Operational Supervisor with technical expertise and practical leadership skills to work directly on-site, overseeing teams and ensuring project delivery quality. **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise field services and monitor operational teams; \- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution; \- Read and interpret engineering drawings; \- Prepare photographic reports and technical reports; \- Organize logistics for operations and materials; \- Ensure quality standards in deliverables; \- Propose technical improvements and solutions; \- Monitor schedules and operational demands. **Required Technical Knowledge:** \- Installation of structured cabling (UTP); \- Cable pulling through conduits, raceways, and cable trays; \- Cable organization and identification; \- Rack and infrastructure assembly; \- Installation of switches, routers, and Wi\-Fi devices; \- Installation of CCTV cameras, access control systems, and electric fences; \- Support and validation of basic network testing. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, and networking; \- Operational profile and practical leadership skills; \- Proficiency in Excel; \- Strong reporting and presentation skills; \- Valid driver's license (CNH) required; \- Personal vehicle (car) required; \- Availability for on-site work. **Contract Terms:** \- PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) model \- On-site/field work \- Market-competitive remuneration \- Vehicle allowance \- Fuel allowance Interested candidates should send their resumes to: **(85\) 98816\-7043** Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance Work Location: On-site
