**Infrastructure and Telecom Operational Technician** G2B Telecom is seeking an Operational Technician with technical expertise and practical leadership skills to work directly in the field, supervising teams and ensuring project delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Required Technical Knowledge:** \- Installation of structured cabling (UTP); \- Cable routing through conduits, raceways, and cable trays; \- Cable organization and identification; \- Rack and infrastructure assembly; \- Installation of switches, routers, and Wi\-Fi equipment; \- Installation of CCTV cameras, access control systems, and electric fences; \- Support and validation of basic network tests. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience in infrastructure, telecom, and networking; \- Operational profile and practical leadership; \- Proficiency in Excel; \- Ability to prepare reports and presentations; \- Valid driver's license required; \- Personal vehicle required; \- Availability for field work. **Employment Terms:** \- PJ or intermittent CLT contract \- On\-site/external work \- Market\-competitive remuneration \- Fuel allowance \- On\-site meals **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday during business hours.
