A company specializing in geotechnical engineering is seeking a Construction Supervisor in Santos. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and monitor field activities in geotechnical and foundation projects. Coordinate operational teams and assign daily tasks. Ensure compliance with the project's physical schedule. Guarantee service quality in accordance with design documents and technical specifications. Monitor works such as piles, retaining structures, ground anchors, soil nailing, as well as deep and shallow foundations. Control material and equipment usage, and team productivity. Comply with and enforce occupational safety regulations. Support engineers and technical staff in project-related tasks. Previous experience as Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, Construction Leader, or Project Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
