Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams. Knowledge of major building automation systems (BMS, CCTV, structured cabling, audio systems, and fire alarm systems). **Key Responsibilities for the New Team Member:** Assign, guide, and monitor installation tasks for systems on construction sites. Read and interpret CAD drawings and plans. Coordinate technical team and third-party activities at the construction site to ensure timely project delivery; request and control storage and installation of construction materials and supplies. **Main Challenges of the Position:** Handle daily construction site challenges; control and manage teams to meet the construction schedule; request and control materials, equipment, and tools to avoid delays or disruption to the construction workflow.
