Involved in planning, analyzing, and executing building services, outsourced contracts, and process improvements; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, optimizing costs, and guaranteeing a high level of internal customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities**: * Analyze and plan building maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, etc.). * Conduct full management of facilities contracts (cleaning, security guard services, security, landscaping, maintenance, transportation, etc.). * Lead budgeting processes, cost control, supplier negotiations, and performance analysis (KPIs and SLAs). * Develop and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. * Analyze infrastructure projects, renovations, layout adjustments, and organizational changes. * Support sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste management, reduction of operational costs). * Administer building management systems (BMS, CAFM, access control, automation, internal service requests). * Prepare managerial reports and performance presentations for senior management. * Serve as a technical reference point, guiding analysts and operational teams. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree * Brazilian driver’s license category B * Proficiency in Excel * Experience in people management Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Company vehicle Work location: On-site
