Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise real-time operation activities; * Supervise the distribution system operation to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply; * Supervise operation teams (safety audits, technical and commercial service monitoring); * Manage teams, materials, and logistics; * Monitor and control budgets; * Monitor compliance with operational and execution procedures; * Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and legislation; * Monitor the dispatch support system; * Analyze system information for inspection execution; * Lead internal and third-party teams; * Identify issues and define short-, medium-, and long-term action plans; * Manage operational performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Electrical Technician qualification; * NR 10 certification; * NR 10 SEP certification; * Valid driver’s license (minimum Class B); * Willingness to travel; * Computer skills – Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of operations; * **Willingness to reside in Cândido Mota – SP.** **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
