This position is ideal for someone aiming to join a global organization, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with local and international teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and analysis (approval) of valuation reports for FIPs (**Valuation**); * Fair value analysis per CPC 46 for companies invested in by FIPs; * Pricing of corporate events and assets (follow\-on, convertible instruments, offshore assets, among others); * Compliance monitoring for structured funds; * Equity method pricing for funds classified as non-investment entities; * Review of cost-based asset memoranda; * Knowledge of financial statement issuance process. * Will join the Risk team, directly supporting valuation, control, and analysis processes related to investment funds and their assets. **Key Requirements** **Education:** Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or Mathematics. **Technical Skills:*** Microsoft Office Suite with **advanced Excel** (must) and PowerPoint; * **Power BI**; * **Programming language** (nice to have); * Advanced English. **Behavioral Competencies:*** Autonomy and self-management capability; * Proactive, solution-oriented profile; * Continuous learning; * Enjoyment of challenges; **What We Offer** Career development pathways Work with colleagues and clients from around the world on exciting and challenging tasks.
