We implement our projects through a multidisciplinary team, accompanying all stages of the process until issuance of the definitive title, always committed to environmental, social, and legal responsibilities. **Position:** Enumerator – **Exclusively for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)** As a Land Regularization Enumerator, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and recording information related to properties and land to support the land regularization process across the entire State of Rio de Janeiro. This is an external, field-based role conducted directly within communities, including door-to-door visits, resident engagement, and data collection. You will perform face-to-face interactions, verify documents, and complete forms during visits. **Responsibilities** * Collect accurate and complete information from residents * Ensure confidentiality and security of collected data * Stay updated on regulations governing the Social Land Regularization Program * Report any irregularities or inconsistencies identified during the registration process **Requirements and Skills** Education: Completed high school. Experience: Prior experience in registration activities, public service, or similar fields is preferred. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work in a team, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem- or conflict-resolution ability.
