We are looking for a **FIELD RESEARCH SUPERVISOR** to support us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise and guide the team to develop projects efficiently and with high quality (interviewers, freelancers, and external vendors). * Set work targets and monitor the data collection process to meet established targets and deadlines. * Monitor quotas and study variables together with the interviewer team; verify interviewers’ daily work, time spent on tasks, attempts made, follow-ups, and success rates to identify internal and external best practices and appropriately direct efforts. * Resolve day-to-day operational issues in the field (refusals, rejections, scheduling difficulties). * Conduct team meetings to plan schedule adherence and monitor productivity versus deadlines. * Keep internal clients (managers and analysts) informed about project progress. * Monitor and analyze incidents and KPIs to flag difficulties and promote actions for project completion. * Lead the team and maintain motivation. * Train and develop the team to ensure project quality and foster autonomy while reducing dependence on supervision. * Monitor the payment flow to physicians. * Provide area performance and productivity indicators (KPIs), analyze results, track evolution, and promote improvements in processes and outcomes. * Minimize errors and inconsistencies. * Ensure adherence to the operational costs budgeted for projects, guaranteeing financial effectiveness and ensuring that expenditures do not exceed allocated funds. * Provide KPIs and physician relationship management to increase engagement and loyalty in the short and medium term. **Requirements and qualifications** **Academic background:** Research, Marketing, Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, and related fields. **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
