Responsible for maintaining and evolving Culttivo's data platform, ensuring internal teams have secure, reliable, and governed access to data. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement data architecture on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform; * Build ingestion pipelines from SQL Server, MongoDB, and external APIs (credit bureaus, coffee price quotations, weather data); * Implement modeling layers (bronze/silver/gold or equivalent) with governance, lineage, and quality; * Define versioning, CI/CD, and testing standards for pipelines in collaboration with DevOps; * Collaborate with DevOps on capacity planning, Azure costs, and security. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in data engineering and projects on Microsoft Azure; * Proficiency in SQL Server and MongoDB databases; * Proficiency in relational and non-relational database modeling; * Advanced SQL and Python expertise; * Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Data Lake; * Technical English for reading. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in credit, agribusiness, or financial sectors; * Experience with geospatial data. **Benefits:** * Caju flexible benefits card; * Conexa Saúde; * Wellhub; * Discount platform.
