Here at Ascenty, we are looking for a **Security Coordinator** to join our team and make a difference! * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree / Technical or Technologist degree in physical security (completed or in progress); * **Languages:** Advanced English preferred * **Working Hours:** Administrative schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Code: COORD.SEG** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of the Security team; * Control of issuance and receipt of invoices; * Management of access control procedures; * Handling site customer requests; * Monitoring and supervising third-party company activities; * Coordinating analyst teams to ensure DC physical security; * Conducting security follow-up with customers; * Ensuring compliance with Data Center access policies; * Supporting internal, external, and customer audits to guarantee security-related compliance; * Periodically updating and reviewing security area policies, processes, and procedures; * Preparing quantitative reports for the area/team; * Ensuring adherence to security, quality, and governance processes and procedures by employees, customers, suppliers, and third parties. **Previous Experience:** * CCTV operations experience; * Risk analysis experience, knowledge of physical security concepts (layered security, 4 D’s of security); * Solid knowledge of physical security systems; * Strong team management skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
