This is a critical role to ensure the efficiency and organization of our warehouse, as well as strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in logistics warehouse management, with a particular focus on food products. Leadership, organizational skills, and an in-depth understanding of logistics and inventory processes are essential. Additionally, the ability to manage teams, resolve problems, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations are fundamental requirements. Key responsibilities of the Logistics Warehouse Supervisor include: - Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and organization of material flow. - Coordinate and lead work teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Implement and monitor inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and continuous updating of stock data. - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and applicable regulations. - Resolve logistical and operational issues, minimizing disruptions and bottlenecks in the supply process. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and resource utilization. The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Prior experience in warehouse management—especially in the food industry—is highly valued. Familiarity with inventory and logistics management systems, along with leadership and effective communication skills, is essential.
