




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring the entrance, guiding customers, and ensuring compliance with the shopping center’s safety regulations, thereby contributing to visitors’ experience. Promoting equal opportunities and respect for differences Performs monitoring activities at the entrance area of the establishment, observing the entry of tenants and consumers and verifying adherence to internal regulations and the shopping center’s safety instructions, in addition to providing customer guidance and assistance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Remain at the assigned workstation, observing people’s flow and behavior, and taking necessary measures in case of suspicious conduct; * Fully understand the Security Plan and be adequately qualified to handle normal or emergency situations appropriately; * Provide information and support to customers upon request or refer them to the appropriate department for assistance; * Approach and take appropriate actions, as authorized by the Security Supervisor, toward individuals violating internal regulations; * Control the entry of goods and people inside the shopping center, enforcing the shopping center’s policies; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this role * Security guard certification is a plus We are the Group JCPM’s first development in Fortaleza, inaugurated in October 2014, and we proudly offer more than just modern architecture—we introduced a new shopping center concept to Ceará.
