Responsibilities include organizing documents, interacting with clients and suppliers, managing schedules, preparing reports, and supporting financial and customer service activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to emails and other forms of communication, addressing inquiries and requests. * Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy document access. Monitor office supply inventory and other items, arranging replenishment as needed. * Handle emails and internal processes; prepare reports when required; * Monitor administrative deadlines and pending tasks to ensure timely completion; * Use digital systems and tools for data and information management. * Direct involvement with the documentation department for vehicles sold at auctions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields—preferably with focus on administrative routines—is desirable; * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and management tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities; * Must reside in the location of the position; * Preferred: Experience handling and processing documents such as ATPV\-e, CRLV, among others. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 3\.093,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 730,00 * Health insurance plan * Transportation voucher (exclusively for public transportation) * Birthday day off * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
