Be responsible for issuing licenses and legal documents **Responsible Technical Pharmacist** **Job Description:** Simas Logística is a company specialized in comprehensive logistics solutions, operating in warehousing, distribution, and transportation. We serve companies of various sizes and sectors, always focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety. We are looking for a Responsible Technical Pharmacist (RT) to work at our logistics warehouse in São Roque/SP. ✅**Responsibilities** · Ensure compliance with health, professional, and related legislation; * Permit transportation only of duly registered products from companies authorized by the competent health authority; * Supervise and/or define the adequacy of the company’s physical facilities, installations, and procedures; * Train involved personnel based on established procedures, maintaining records of all conducted trainings; * Develop and review internal procedures for continuous improvement of activities; * Be responsible for issuing licenses and legal documents, such as the Sanitary License and ANVISA licenses. ✅ Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Experience in pharmaceutical storage and distribution; * Knowledge and experience * Practical experience with cold and ambient supply chains; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience in developing and implementing internal procedures; * Up-to-date knowledge of current RDCs, especially RDC 430/2020.
