More than delivering projects, we seek professionals committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare materials and presentations, conduct analyses, and participate in meetings with stakeholders to monitor the periodic portfolio and the engineering project portfolio; * Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with execution standards for the engineering project portfolio managed by the department, according to the period’s schedule; * Prepare and/or update information in spreadsheets, indicators, minutes, and presentations for monitoring the entire engineering project portfolio managed by the department, according to the period’s schedule; * Accompany Discipline Leaders and the Planning and Management Team Coordinator in meetings regarding demand intake at the department; * Verify with requestors the continued necessity of project demands included in the portfolio. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Oil and Gas Processing; * Offshore knowledge and experience in engineering projects; * Offshore knowledge and experience in monitoring and executing construction works; * Availability for occasional offshore assignments for site inspection and commissioning. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Knowledge of or an MBA in Project Management; * Knowledge of materials management; * Residency in Greater Vitória.
