Description
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Engineering (Chemical or Production), with intermediate knowledge of computer skills and English (preferred).
Experience in people management and proficiency in quality tools.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
Responsible for acting as the interface between production and new product development, ensuring process standardization, risk identification, and continuous improvement. Conducts analysis and investigation of deviations, defines corrective actions, and monitors production processes. Develops and maintains up-to-date procedures, provides support to teams, conducts training, and manages people and processes.
Also monitors production scheduling, ensures necessary resources are available, develops performance indicators, and contributes to achieving targets. Collaborates with departments such as Quality and Occupational Safety, participates in audits, inspections, and validations, and reviews technical documentation and production records.
Additionally interfaces with other departments, monitors equipment maintenance, supports qualification and validation processes, and performs other duties as directed by management.
