The primary focus is to ensure continuous productive flow while maintaining established quality and safety standards.**Job Description:** * **Operation:** Operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, or turning tasks. * **Monitoring:** Monitor the machining process and make manual adjustments (offsets) when necessary to ensure part conformity. * **Technical Reading:** Interpret technical drawings, production orders, and project specifications. * **Quality Control:** Perform constant measurements of produced parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges). * **Basic Maintenance:** Clean the machine, replace worn tools, and monitor coolant/oil levels. * **Organization:** Maintain an organized workstation (5S) and record production and any downtime in reports or ERP systems. **Required Skills and Education** Education: Completed high school. Technical Training: Vocational training in Machining, Industrial Mechanics, or CNC Operation (preferably from SENAI or equivalent). Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment operating numerically controlled machines. Reading and interpretation of mechanical technical drawings. Basic metrology (use of calipers and micrometers).
