Collaborate in a team with environmental responsibility **Baler Operator** Department: Production / Recyclables Baling **Job Objective** Operate a hydraulic baler to compress recyclable materials, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality of the bales produced. ⸻ **Main Responsibilities** * Sort recyclable materials by category; * Feed the hydraulic baler; * Operate baler controls; * Tie bales; * Remove and organize produced bales; * Identify unsuitable materials; * Monitor daily production volume; * Assist in truck loading; * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area; * Report operational or mechanical failures; * Use mandatory PPE. ⸻ **Responsibilities** * Maintain the hydraulic baler; * Ensure bale quality and proper compaction; * Prevent accidents; * Maintain operational organization; * Meet production targets. ⸻ **Requirements** * Primary education; * Experience with balers is a plus; * Physical work capacity; * Attention to safety regulations. ⸻ **Desired Competencies** * Discipline; * Organization; * Agility; * Responsibility; * Teamwork. ⸻ **Remuneration:** R$1,621 + production bonus (target) + transportation allowance and on-site meal ⸻ **About the Company:** SL8 Reciclagem LTDA is a company committed to sustainability and the circular economy, engaged in collection, sorting, and proper disposal of recyclable materials.
