Human Resources Consulting seeks a Production Manager in Curitiba (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Will work at a Food Industry company (Pork Protein). Manage the entire industrial production operation focused on pork protein. Plan, monitor, and control production processes. Lead operational teams, supervisors, and production coordinators. Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and yield targets. Monitor industrial indicators (KPIs), losses, efficiency, and operational performance. Drive continuous improvement of production processes and reduction of waste. Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices. Supervise hygiene, safety, and industrial standardization controls. Conduct cost management, raw material control, and resource optimization. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and PCP departments. Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and industry-specific requirements for meat processing / food sectors. Previous experience as Production Supervisor, Production Coordinator, Operations Manager, or Plant Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
