**Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise in-store movements, preventing and deterring theft and fraud. * Conduct merchandise verification upon entry and exit from the store. * Supervise store opening and closing procedures to ensure site security. * Prepare daily reports on incidents, non-conformities, and loss indicators. * Guide the sales team regarding security policies and procedures. * Support access control for employees and service providers. * Collaborate with management to identify process improvement opportunities. **What We Seek:** * Prior experience as a store auditor, security guard, or similar role in loss prevention. * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Observational ability and pro\-activity. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Availability to work rotating shifts.
